I am an experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist working with couples and individuals facing a wide range of relational and emotional challenges. Over many years of clinical practice, I have developed a deep interest in how early experiences shape the way we relate, communicate, and form connections in adult life.

My work is grounded in a thoughtful, relational approach. I pay close attention to the emotional patterns that emerge in the therapy room, as these often mirror the dynamics that unfold in everyday life. Whether I am working with a couple or an individual, my aim is to offer a calm, steady space where we can think together about what is happening beneath the surface and what may need to change.

As a bilingual English–Italian therapist, I am particularly attuned to the experience of those who live between cultures or navigate multiple identities. Language, culture, and family history all shape how we feel, how we love, and how we make sense of ourselves, and these threads are carefully held in mind in the work we do together.

Why I am drawn to this work

I have always been interested in what sits behind the difficulties people bring – the unspoken fears, hopes, and longings that often stay hidden, even from ourselves. Over time, I have seen how having a reliable, reflective space can help people make sense of these deeper layers and begin to relate differently, both to others and to themselves.

Working with couples and individuals allows me to meet people at important turning points in their lives: moments of strain, conflict, loss, or transition, but also moments of growth and possibility. It is a privilege to accompany clients as they begin to understand their patterns more clearly, find new ways of communicating, and create relationships that feel more secure, honest, and alive.

At the heart of my practice is a commitment to being warm, thoughtful, and respectful. My aim is to offer a space where you feel genuinely listened to and where it is possible, at your own pace, to explore what is difficult and to consider how things might begin to change.
